I think the use of different types of bean greatly affects the flavor, because each type of bean has different flavor characteristics when processed. Of course, the food that is processed will greatly affect the result later.

I recommend using these regular green beans only, and you can also use green beans without the skin that is better. Good luck @karinxxl 🥰
