Ear mushrooms are my favorite mushrooms that are easiest to find in my area, because these mushrooms are sold in the market in a dried condition, so this mushroom is a quick alternative when I want to eat mushrooms at home.

Previously, I had made a processed recipe from pokcoy which was boiled then served with mashed tofu combined with corn. The recipe did make me repeat several times at home because it was that good. Well the recipe is below come and visit here!

If I previously made it from tofu and corn, this idea came to me when I had so many dried ear mushrooms that I bought yesterday, initially I wanted to chop the pokcoy and stir it in the mushrooms. But I thought that the stir-fry was common at home, as a result I planned to boil it and arrange it on a serving plate. I was inspired by the previous post, but believe me, pokcoy is delicious just boiled for a while and dipped with ingredients like this. The combination here is not only pokcoy, I combine it with cempokak vegetables that happen to be available in my refrigerator. So instead of being curious, let's prepare an easy and quick recipe!.

Ingredients Used

2 stalks of pokcoy vegetable,
3 ear mushrooms,
2 sprigs of cempokak,
2 shallot cloves
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon salt

The vegetables this time were not as fresh as usual, the vegetable seller said that many pokcoy failed to harvest yesterday, ahh because I wanted to eat pokcoy I bought a few of them, maybe tomorrow I can go back to the market and buy them again. That's not a big problem for me, well you need to know this recipe I made a special portion for me. Because my mother doesn't really like these mushrooms and vegetables.
