What to cook today?, the morning after breakfast must immediately think of the lunch menu later. Afraid of hunger or things that are mandatory at home? Hehe, the question always crossed everyone's mind maybe yes. Including me, a simple food menu that is thought of in advance for lunch preparation has indeed become my list. Actually, I am a typical person who prepares everything in advance, I don't like doing activities without preparation. Including the food menu, usually when shopping I am used to thinking about what menu I want to make later. So it is quite easy for me to determine the vegetable ingredients that I buy at the market every week.
Stir-fried Tofu with Long Bean and Bean Sprouts with Spicy Seasoning
Tofu with any combination of vegetables may be common, but this vegetable stir-fry is tofu vegetable stir-fry with thick and spicy seasoning. There is no sweetness, I made it slightly salty and definitely savory.
The cayenne pepper that I added in the marinade helps to determine the spicy level in this vegetable stir fry. In contrast to pepper, I prefer spicy chili well it is usually if spicy pepper if over spicy usually hot on the tongue at the end after we chew the food. But if the chili is usually more fitting spicy and of course you have to cook with the appropriate composition and the length of time you cook it.
Ingredients
30 grams bean sprouts
50 grams of long beans
1 tomato
2 green chilies
¼ onion
2 cloves shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1 tomato
1 hazelnut
Cooking Procedure
Prepare all the spices, chop shallots and other onions then blend until the spices are perfectly smooth.
Cut the tofu into small cubes or according to your taste. So that the seasoning penetrates evenly, it's best to keep it small.

The tofu that has been cut, then I fry it half-cooked, well don't get brownish yellow, make sure according to what I did, pay attention to the picture.

Prepare the long beans, cut into pieces of approximately three centimeters or one and a half knuckles.
Prepare the other ingredients. Chop the onions, green chilies and also cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

If all the ingredients have been prepared, it's time to cook. Saute the onion with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
Add the ground spices, stir-fry until the spices are reduced.
Add a little water and stir in the sliced green chilies and tomato pieces.

When it boils, add the string beans, cook until the string beans are half cooked.
Then add tofu and bean sprouts and cook again until all the spices are fully absorbed.

Season with salt then correct the taste, well here I make it with a little soup you can also make it a little dry.
Result
A bowl of vegetables with spicy seasoning is ready to serve. I deliberately made it with a little soup so that when combined with rice it feels light to eat. Yeah I do if eating rice should be a little soupy of course accompanied by vegetables. Everything tasted perfect in my serving bowl, soupy with a creamy texture and of course with a very distinctive aroma.
The vegetables were cooked just right, I intentionally didn't let them get too mushy. Sprouts and string beans if cooked too much are less tasty in my opinion. If cooked still has a texture like this, the sweetness of the vegetables is still very pronounced. But still it all goes back to your own taste.
Lunch this time is not much different from before, but I added another sprinkle of fried onions on top of the rice. I have a lot of fried onions at home that are fried in flour.
