Right after doing work, I rushed to look for food ingredients that were available in the refrigerator. Looking at some of the tofu that I bought yesterday, and after steaming it yesterday I started to take it out of the storage container. Next, I thought about combining wood ear mushrooms to add flavor to this dish. Spicy spices are my favorite when my head is unstable, I always find spicy dishes something delicious to enjoy.
To strengthen my desire to enjoy spicy dishes, I started to prepare some of the necessary spices.
Materials Needed
2 heads of wood ear mushrooms
1 tablespoon chili paste
2 green chilies
1 tomato
2 spring onions

In making this stir-fried tofu, as usual I use white tofu which has been steamed first. The first step, cut the steamed tofu into cubes with a thickness of one cm.
Soak the ear mushrooms in a container using hot water, then cut the ear mushrooms into small pieces.
Fry the tofu until half cooked, don't overcook it because it will affect the texture of the tofu.
Saute the chopped onion and garlic with a little cooking oil, stir-fry until the onion softens.
Add one tablespoon of chili paste, then stir until evenly mixed and cook until the chili paste no longer smells of chili.
Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies and spring onions, then cook briefly.
Next add the fried tofu, stir evenly and cook for 5 minutes.
Add chopped wood ear mushrooms, now here I also cook again for 3 menus so that all the ingredients are completely absorbed with the spices.
Finally, season the stir-fry with salt and cook the mushroom stock again until cooked. Correct the taste, now if you want soup you can add sauce.
Results
Serve the stir-fried ear mushrooms combined with tofu in a serving bowl, enjoy while warm during the day. Just look at how tempting the texture is. Plus, wood ear mushrooms have a chewy texture, and are also combined well with a combination of tofu that has been lightly fried. So, for those of you who love tofu and spicy food, try making this resel.
Its savory, spicy taste gives a different impression, like enjoying a noodle dish made spicy, that's how you imagine the taste. I always imagined how this would smell quite delicious. And just look I enjoyed this in just a jiffy for my lunch.

great post! I love ear mushrooms but never tried this recipe before. I wonder if it tastes like Korean Kimchi. It sure looks like it.
Creating a spicy taste with spices will always be tempting, isn't it? Maybe only the final result is similar, the method of manufacture and the materials used are very different. To differentiate and tell you more clearly the difference, I can't describe it because I have never tried kimchi.
However, I can see that it has a different taste from kimchi because it goes through the stir-frying process.
