Today I will be preparing one of the processed snacks from vegan instant noodles. This preparation is very easy to do with simple ingredients and has a very unique taste as a snack. As a noodle lover, of course, preparing noodles with vegan recipes needs to be careful if you want the right taste. I always prepare instant noodles with the right combination of ingredients. Including the preparation of this snack that I will prepare.
Crispy Nori Instant Noodles
Crispy nori instant noodles are processed instant noodles with nori dressing which are then seasoned and then fried crispy. It tastes very distinctive and has a unique flavor from the combination of nori and instant noodles. Well besides that, the spices I use in making this instant noodle nori roll I use chili powder and a little pepper so that when enjoyed later there is a crispy spicy taste.
Here I will show you an easy recipe in making this instant noodle processed snack!.
Ingredients Used
10 small pieces of nori
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
To taste chili powder
A pinch of ground pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
Water to taste
Making Procedure
Combine flour and cornstarch, then add salt, pepper, and chili powder.
Stir everything until evenly distributed and then add enough water while stirring until the dough is medium thickness.
Boil the instant noodles until they are completely soft so that the texture is easy to apply.
When the noodles have cooled, add seasoning in the form of enough pepper and chili powder to taste, then also add mushroom broth.
Take one spoonful of instant noodles and leave it on the nori sheet.
Then roll lengthwise according to taste, do it until the noodles run out, here I get 7 pcs of noodle rolls.
If all is done, coat the noodle rolls in the flour that has been prepared until all surfaces are covered with flour mixture.
Fry until brownish yellow with hot oil, or until crisp.

The crispy gulang nori noodles instant snack is ready to serve, serve it on a serving plate by adding the sauce on top and then I sprinkle sesame seeds on top. If you like, you can also add mayonnaise or any sauce I think will be very good.
This snack is very suitable for all groups of both adults and children, only if you make it for children you can reduce the addition of chili basically adjust to your taste.
The texture is very crunchy outside the flour layer, even the most special tastes very savory. The inside of the nori roll is still a bit wet, and the noodles are very soft, the seasoning is very absorbent. Now if you want a crispier texture, you can prepare the frying pan on low heat for a longer period of time.
