Hello friend's 🤗 Good night from Bangladesh. I am back again with another Ifter Recipe hopefully all friends will like my Recipe.
You know guys Holy Ramadan month is just held. Everyday in Ifter i prepared many food items for my family. Today I prepared Anchor pulses Peyazu. Peyazu is a local name and this is like choop. Anyway it's really making easy and delicious to eat. Hopefully all friends can make it properly. Let's start the recipe.

  • Anchor pulses - 300 gm
  • Onion chop - Half cup
  • Turmeric powder - half spoon
  • Salt - on taste
  • Soyabean oil - As needed
  • Green chili - on taste

First of all I washed the enkor pulses well and took it in a bowl. Then I put the pulses in the blender machine. Now I cut the green pepper to taste.

In this step, I blended the pulses with enough water. Then take the mixture in a bowl.

In this step, take chopped onions in a bowl and add turmeric powder to it.

Now I spread the blended mixture well. Our Peyazu mixture is ready.

In this step I put oil in a frypan and put it on the stove. When the oil was hot, I shaped the Piyazu with the help of my hands and continued to add the mixture.

Now fry the Piyazu well on both sides. Then I took it out with the help of a spoon. After making my Piyazu, it's time to serve.
