The choice of this particular rice milk is due to its sweetness, I wanted to enhance the sweet taste, I even thought to let it cool for a day so that it could be cut and then coat the portions with fine corn flour and some crunch, the dessert did not hard a lot. Thanks and regards. @plantpoweronhive
