Delicious bean cake

Hello everyone,welcome to a new week.bean cake is a common breakfast in Nigerian homes.you can eat it with bread,custard,oat and pap.

ingredients
3 cups of bean

Half bottle of vegetable oil

6 pieces of green pea

Half onions

4 red pepper

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of tiger curry

Little water...

cooking process

I poured my bean inside the tray and i picked out the dirt.i pour it inside a bowl and i put water inside it to sour and put soft.

I left it to sour for 60mins.then I use my hand to pill out the flesh of my bean.

After that i put more water inside it and i sieve out the water together with the flesh.

I proceed to the grinding process
I rinsed my red,i put my red pepper inside the bean,i cut my onion and i put it inside it.

I rinsed my small blender and i poured it inside it.i closed i, i fixed it on the machine and i on the plug.

I press mini and i grinded my bean for 10mins.i poured it inside a bowl.after that i poured it inside my big blender so as to grind well for 20mins.

Afterward I pour it inside a bowl.i rinsed my green pea and i sliced it then I sliced little onions.

I put all the ingredients inside my blended bean.

I mixed all the ingredients with my turning slick.then I rinsed my round spoon.

I put my small pot on fire,i pour my vegetable oil.i allowed it to get hot then I use my spoon to put the bean inside the oil little by little.i left it to fry for 5 mins and i use my frying spoon to bring it out of the oil.i did that six times.

My bean cake is ready
