Hello everyone,how 're you doing today?.im here to show you how I prepared noodles for lunch.noodles Is a recipe I really like to prepare for lunch because it a fast food.bitter leaf has antibiotics and anti fungal properties in it.it reduce high level of sugar.
ingredients
.140g noodles
.5 pieces of carrot
.1 bitter leaf
.1 tablespoon of hot pepper
.1/2 onion
2 tablespoons of Groundnut oil
.water
cooking process
I put my pot on fire and i poured a bowl of water inside it.
I left it to boil for 3mins,then i put my noodles inside the water.i use my spoon to press it and i covered it.
While i was pre_boiling my noodles,i rinsed my bitter leaf and i sliced it with my knife.
I proceed to rinse my carrot,i use my knife to remove all the dirty and i cut it.
I sliced it into smaller size.
Some minutes after I was done doing that, my Noodles has boiled.i rinsed my sieve and i poured it inside.
I rinsed my onion and i sliced my onions.
I arranged everything on my tray.
I put my pot back on fire and i poured my groundnut oil.then I pour my carrot and onion inside the oil.i fried it.
I put small hot pepper and u mixed it together.after that I poured my noodles Inside it,i put my bitter leaf.
I mixed everything together
and i covered it to steam for 5mins.
My food is ready
