Hello vegan lovers,i prepared a delicious cabbage sauce this morning and i want to share my recipe.before i go on cabbage is a very nutritious vegetable which contains many vitamins like vitaminB, vitamin C, vitamin k and fiber.also cabbage is a high in fiber which also helps in digestion and bowel movement,so it's really good for the body.
INGREDIENT
Half cabbage
5 small carrots
3 bonnet pepper
1 green pepper
10g green beans
Small garlic
Small ginger
2 small onion
2 spring onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 cooking spoon vegetables oil
5 fresh tomatoes
COOKING PROCESS
Step 1
I started by washing my tomato, carrots, ginger, garlic, onion, spring onions, onions, green pepper cabbage, bonnet pepper and green beans
Step 2
Slicing my tomatoes, onion, cabbage, carrots, green pepper, green beans, spring onions and blending my garlic, ginger, bonnet pepper and one onion i sliced the other onion
Step 3
I Put my clean pot in the fire and added my vegetable oil ,add my onion and allow it to stair like 30 seconds , after that i put my tomatoes and alow it for like 2 minutes then i added my carrot and allow it to coo like 3 minutes,i add my green beans, green pepper and spring onions and add salt the same timeso i alow it like a minute before adding small water .
Step 4
I added my cabbage and mix it very well and allow it like 3 minutes.my sauce is done.it really taste nice i will like you guys ror try it out
Quickly i washed my 2 cups of rice and cook it and use the sauce to eat it .
