I tried a vegan camembert.
Since moving to plant-based, the only thing I really miss sometimes is brie. I loved bread with brie, walnuts and honey! While honey is easy to replace, there aren't many vegan options available yet, especially not in the store. The camembert of Nurishh is the only one around here, so despite warnings from fellow vegans, I tried it.
Turns out, they were right. The crust tastes like soap. Yuck!
Soooo I cut off the crust and ate the inside, which was fine.
This is a product I won't buy again. Way too expensive to also have to discard half of it. Hopefully I'll find a good, vegan brie one day!
