Although it is true, almost all the recipes were very good; today, like every Monday, we have chosen six of them, which we consider worthy of mention and recognition; however, in our community's other vegan content curation, VEGAN LOVE TO US and THE BEST OF THE WEEK, we'll highlight other great 100% vegan recipes.

After several weeks of absence, today we start once again our usual gastronomic route of every Meatless Monday, this time in Indonesia, where we will eat a slice of a very special sweet pizza. Then we will get to know the flavors of Sri Lanka with an exquisite breadfruit curry, and then we will go on an excursion to Israel with a tasty Shakshuka. From there we go back to beautiful Indonesia, where we will eat some delicious snacks: bakwan jagung; then we will go to Canada, where we will eat some Homade Vegan sausages in a bun, and we will finish in Lithuania, with an exquisite and creative Matcha Vegan Banana Bread. In his first post in this community, @roronoa46, (to whom we warmly welcome), brought us a recipe for bakwan jagung, which are very traditional snacks, from his country, Indonesia. In a great post, he told us about how popular these snacks are in his region and that there are several varieties, and they can even receive other names, such as bala-bala. In his interesting story, he tells us that he was a nomad long ago, and this meant that he learned to cook. He also told us that his mother is a good cook, to whom other people sometimes order food, which allows @roronoa46 to learn many recipes.
