RE: Sauteed Vegetables Genjer, Complementary Menu for Lunch.

Hi, @echoap! Genjer vegetables are a great alternative to make a good meal, plus you can combine them with rice, as you show in your post, also with fried tempeh, even with boiled cassava, as long as these vegetables are well stewed, they will be delicious.

Now, regarding your post, I think it is very good that you come out elaborating your recipe, that is important; however, I am going to make some suggestions that can be valuable to improve the quality of your posts:

  • You need to indicate the amount of ingredients you are using, because placing "to taste" is something very ambiguous, and although it seems that it is not so, there are people who are not familiar with culinary techniques, and it is complicated for them to follow the instructions so. I also suggest that you indicate how many servings you would get with the amount of ingredients you use in each recipe.

  • Your photos could be greatly improved if you take them during the day, with natural light. By this I don't mean that you take them under the sun, but that there is a source of natural light nearby, so that the sharpness and quality of the shots will be much better. Try it, you will see the results.
