I made this pizza in a vegetarian style, and this oven-free pizza recipe is easy to follow, requiring minimal effort. It's perfect as a quick meal or a fun cooking experiment. Whether you crave a completely veggie-packed delight, this method will help you create a homemade pizza with ease.
Now, let’s explore step by step how to prepare this delicious pizza!
Materials Used.
Wheat flour 300g.
A little salt to taste.
A few pieces of onion cut into fairly large pieces.
A tomato cut into rounds.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
2 Teaspoon of yeast.
1 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1 Teaspoon crushed chili powder.
3 Tablespoon of tomato sauce.
1 1/2 Teaspoon of sugar.
Some water.
3 cloves of chopped garlic.
1 finely chopped onion.
1 finely chopped tomato.
The cooking process as follows.
First, take a small bowl and add a teaspoon of yeast and sugar. Then, add a little warm water and mix well until dissolved. Cover it and let it sit for about 15 minutes to activate the yeast.
In the meantime, take a large bowl and add wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of coconut oil, and half a teaspoon of salt. Mix well. Then, gradually add water and knead the dough until it becomes smooth and pliable. Once prepared, apply a little coconut oil around the dough and set it aside.
Meanwhile, place a pan on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Once heated, add finely chopped onions and salt, then mix well. Next, add finely chopped tomatoes and stir. Then, season with a little salt, chili powder, crushed chili, and black pepper. Mix everything well and let it cook.
Now, add a teaspoon of sugar to the mixture. Then, add some tomato sauce and mix well. Once everything is combined, remove it from the stove.
Now, take the dough and roll it out into a thin, round shape.
Now, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add a little oil and let it heat up. Once hot, place the rolled-out dough onto the pan.
Next, use a fork to poke small holes in the dough. Then, evenly spread the prepared mixture over the surface. Add sliced onions, tomato slices, and chopped spring onions on top.
Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat until the base is well-cooked and slightly crispy. Once done, remove it from the pan and serve hot.
