The cooking process as follows.

Let’s start preparing this delicious aggala recipe! First, place a pan on the stove and add the rice flour. Toast the flour on low heat, stirring continuously, until it changes color and reaches a sandy texture. Once done, remove the pan from the stove. From this toasted flour, set aside about 4 tablespoons in a separate dish for later use.

Next, add the grated coconut to the same pan and cook until all the moisture has evaporated. Once it has dried out completely, remove the pan from the stove.

Next, take the same pan and add the sugar, followed by half a cup of water. Allow the sugar to dissolve completely and start to thicken. Once it reaches a syrupy consistency, add the cardamom powder and mix well.

So, this is how we prepare these delicious aggala balls! They’re very easy to make and incredibly tasty. You can enjoy them with a cup of tea or coffee. Plus, since the rice flour and coconut are roasted, they have a good shelf life, so you can keep them for a few days and enjoy them as you like. The recipe doesn’t require many ingredients, making it budget-friendly to prepare. If you like this recipe, give it a try! So, that’s it for today. Wishing you all a wonderful day!

This looks awesome.
I don't have many ingredients in store right now, but these are some lovely party meal ideas:)

Thank you! 😊 I’m glad you like the idea! Even with just a few ingredients, you can create something delicious. These kinds of snacks are perfect for adding a touch of elegance to any gathering!💕

Does the rice flour have to be roasted before coating the ball? let me know.

It's usually a good idea to pre-roast rice flour for coating - raw rice flour is not ideal. It improves the taste and helps to give a good texture to the outer layer.

💕

Looks super yummy dish 😍😍
