How are you all doing? Today, I’m excited to share with you another delicious and nutritious radish recipe. I’ve previously introduced a radish dish, but this time, I’m bringing you a slightly different version with a unique twist. Radish is a highly nutritious vegetable that adds a distinctive flavor to any meal. Packed with essential vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants, it is a fantastic addition to a well-balanced diet. Cooked radish not only enhances the taste of a dish but also promotes digestion and overall well-being. Today, I will be preparing a simple yet flavorful and nutritious radish recipe. This dish brings out the natural flavors of radish by combining fresh ingredients, making it a perfect choice for a healthy meal. Let’s get started!

Materials Used.

A radish with normal-sized leaves.
A finely chopped onion.
3 finely chopped green chilies.
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
2 pieces of chili pepper.
1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds.
1/2 Teaspoon of cumin.
1 Teaspoon of sugar.
A pinch of salt to taste.
3 Tablespoon of coconut oil.

The cooking process as follows.

First, separate the radish leaves from the radish roots. Finely chop the radish leaves. Next, peel off the outer skin of the radish root and slice it thinly.

Next, wash them thoroughly in salt-mixed water. Then, squeeze out the excess water and set them aside.

Next, take a pan and place it on the stove. Add three tablespoons of coconut oil. Then, add mustard seeds, garlic, onions, and sauté them until fragrant.

Next, add cumin seeds, green chilies, salt, sugar, and crushed chili flakes to the pan. Mix well and allow it to sauté for a while until the flavors blend together.

Next, add the finely chopped radish and let it sauté for about 3 minutes. Then, add the chopped radish leaves and allow them to cook for another 2 minutes. Once done, remove the pan from the heat.
