Delicious "corn flour aggala" to enjoy with tea

Dear Friends, Wishing You All a Wonderful Day! How are you all doing today? Sunday is usually a relaxing day when everyone is at home, taking things a little slower. So, for this day, I decided to prepare a delicious snack to enjoy with the evening tea—Aggala made with cornmeal. Not only is it incredibly tasty, but it also comes with its own set of nutritional benefits. Cornmeal contains a good amount of iron and minerals, making it suitable for people of all ages. It’s also a great snack for expectant mothers. With just a few simple ingredients, you can easily prepare this delightful treat. Let’s take a look at how to make it!********

Materials Used.

Corn flour 100g.
Grated coconut 100g.
Sugar 75g.
1 Cup of water.
A pinch of salt.
A few pieces of dry fruits.

Now let’s get ready to prepare this recipe. First, place a pan on the stove to roast the cornmeal. Roast the cornmeal until it reaches a sandy texture that you can feel between your fingers. Once it is properly roasted, remove it from the heat and set it aside.

Next, while keeping the same pan on the stove, add the sugar. Then, pour in the water. Once the sugar starts to dissolve and the mixture begins to thicken, remove it from the heat.

Now let's take a bowl again and add fried corn flour to it. Add a pinch of salt to it. Add grated coconut and pieces of dry fruits to it. Then mix it well.

Now, gradually add the prepared sugar syrup to the corn flour mixture and mix it well. Then, shape the mixture into medium-sized balls.

So, these delicious and easy-to-make "Aggala" are perfect to enjoy with a cup of tea. They are filled with flavor and will complement your tea time experience wonderfully! It's also a great treat to offer to family and guests. I believe you’ll try making these yourself too. With that, I will take my leave for today. Until we meet again, have a wonderful day!

What nice coconut and cornmeal bites, they look cute, and they must taste really good. I would dare to make them with nuts, can you imagine how good they must be with walnuts?

Thanks for sharing the recipe, it's really good.
