Happy day to all my dear friends!
Time passed quickly with my child's schoolwork. For lunch today, we cooked vegetables with rice and wanted to add some fried food to complement it. I decided to prepare a fry using the packet of soy meat I brought from the shop yesterday. Soy is a protein-rich food and a very popular dish among Sri Lankans. This is especially beneficial for vegetarians who can meet their protein needs with it. By adding this to our lunch today, we can create a balanced meal. Let's see what is needed to prepare this.
Materials Used.
Soya meat 60g.
1 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
2 Tablespoon of Tamarind juice.
Curry leaves.
A little chopped onion.
2 chopped green chilli pods.
About 5 cloves of finely minced garlic.
Pure Coconut oil 60ml.
2 Teaspoon of crushed chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Salt as needed.
2 Teaspoon of sugar.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let's prepare this delicious recipe. For that, first take the soya meat, wash it well, squeeze water and put it in a separate container.
Next, add 1/4 teaspoon of salt powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, one tablespoon of wheat flour and mix well.
Next we take a pot and put it on the stove and add some coconut oil to it. Once the oil is hot, fry the soy until golden and remove from the heat.
Next, add chopped onions to it and fry until golden. At the same time fry curry leaves and green chillies.
Now take the tamarind juice and add some sugar to it and dissolve it well.
Now let's take a pot again and put it on the stove and add two tablespoons of coconut oil. After the oil heats up, add the finely chopped garlic and let it fry. After it is fried, add crushed chili powder, pepper and salt. Next add tamarind juice and mix well.
Now we reduce the heat to very low and add everything fried to it and mix well.
Now, in this way, I added this for lunch today, very deliciously. I made this a different way. I hope you are also prepared in this way. This is a delicious dish that can be prepared even when guests come to the house. And it is a food that everyone, big and small, eats with passion. I will say goodbye for today with this recipe. Have a great day.
