Wishing all my dear friends a very happy day🤗. How are you? Today marks the beginning of a new month, and to celebrate, I've prepared a new dish for breakfast. It's a Semolina Mixed Vegetable Sank. Semolina is a common ingredient in many sweets in our country, but today I've prepared breakfast using it in a different way. Semolina is a nutritious food rich in protein, vitamins, and potassium minerals. When combined with vegetables, its taste and nutritional value are enhanced even further. Let's take a look at the ingredients needed for this delicious dish.
Materials Used.
2 boiled potatoes.
Coconut oil for frying.
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce .
A small chopped onion.
A carrot cut into small pieces.
A little chopped cabbage.
A few chopped leeks.
Some finely chopped beans.
Two kochi chili pods, chopped.
2 Tablespoon of Wheat flour.
Semolina 150g.
1 cup of water.
1/4 teaspoon of cumin seed.
1 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
Salt as needed.
1 Teaspoon of curry powder.
Method of preparation.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. To prepare the curry first, take a vessel and add about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to it and keep it on the stove until it gets hot, then add chopped onions, beans, leeks, cabbage, kochi chilies and fry for 2 or 3 minutes.
Next, we add chili powder, pepper powder, curry powder and salt powder to it and mix it well.
Next, we mash the boiled potatoes well and add to this, mix well and remove from the stove.
Next, we add two tablespoons of tomato sauce to the potato mixture, mix well, shape into small balls and keep aside.
Now we prepare the Semolina mixture. For that, take a vessel and add about a tablespoon of oil to it and after it heats up, add cumin seed, semolina and fry for about a minute.
After that we add a cup of water to it and mix it well. A very small amount of salt is added to it. After that, the semolina mixture is kept on the stove until it becomes thick. After it becomes thick, remove it from the stove and let it cool for about 5 minutes.
Now we put about 4 tablespoons of wheat flour into the Semolina jar and form it into a ball.
Now we sprinkle some wheat flour on a board. Then the semolina ball is thinned on it with the help of a roller pin.
Now cut a bottle of soaked semolina with the help of a lid. As in the images below.
Now we put a curry ball made of potatoes on the cut circles and arrange them as shown below.
Next draw lines on those circles with a knife. Then take a pan, add some oil to it and fry each snack until golden brown.
So, prepare this delicious dish and add it to your breakfast, a meal suitable for everyone, big or small. It is correct to say that it is a nutritious meal. It is also a special dish that can be added to tea time. A brand new dish that vegetarians can eat. So I will say goodbye to today with another recipe like this.
