Jam cookies perfect for tea time.

Dear friends, wishing you all a very good day! As we all know, tea time is our beloved little break in the day. So, today I thought of preparing a biscuit that's perfect for this relaxing moment. I believe making some jam cookies would make this afternoon delightful.

These jam cookies are not only aromatic and delicious, but they’re also perfect for tea time. The added bonus is that they can be easily made at home, requiring just a few simple ingredients. Whether for tea time or just as a treat during a quiet break, these cookies are a wonderful indulgence. Let’s take a look at how we can prepare them!

Materials Used.

Wheat flour 125g.
Finely powdered sugar 60g.
Pure coconut oil 75 ml
2 Tablespoon of strawberry jam.

The cooking process as follows.

Now, let’s start preparing these cookies. First, take a bowl and add the all-purpose flour. Then, add the powdered sugar and mix them well together.
Next, gradually add the coconut oil to the mixture, while continuing to mix. Blend it all together until it forms a dough.

Next, we take a tray or dish to bake this and spread coconut oil on it.

Now, take the dough once again and divide it into equal-sized balls. Take each small dough ball and flatten it as shown below. Then, use your fingers to gently create a small hole in the center of each flattened dough.

Now, place the prepared portions onto a tray. Using a piping bag, carefully fill each piece with jam as shown in the images below.

Next, you can bake the cookies using either an oven or a rice cooker. For this recipe, I used a rice cooker. First, place a cooking rack at the bottom of the rice cooker, and then put the tray with the cookies on top of it. Set the cooker to the bake function, and bake for about 15 minutes. To check if the cookies are done, break one and see if it's fully baked. If it is, remove the tray from the cooker.

So, it doesn’t take much time to bake these cookies. In fact, they turn out to be quite delicious! What’s special about these cookies is that they are simple to make, yet so flavorful, and loved by many. Even kids will enjoy them with enthusiasm.
