Materials Used.
2 peeled and washed onions.
A washed and cleaned carrot.
Curry leaves.
A little chopped garlic.
Wheat flour 100g.
2 Tablespoon of Corn flour.
1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder.
Some water.
The cooking process as follows.
First, thinly slice the onions. Then, cut the carrots into thin strips lengthwise. Finally, finely chop the curry leaves and set them aside separately.
Now, let’s prepare the batter! Take a bowl and add wheat flour, corn flour, finely chopped ginger, and baking powder. Mix everything well. Gradually add water, little by little, and combine until you form a slightly thick batter.
Add the chopped onions, carrots, and curry leaves into the prepared batter. Mix everything thoroughly until all the ingredients are evenly coated in the batter.
Take a pan and add some coconut oil to it. Place it on the stove and let the oil heat up. Once the oil is hot, use a spoon to scoop portions of the prepared mixture and carefully add them to the pan. Fry until they turn golden brown.
