The cooking process as follows.

Let's get ready to prepare this! First, start by making the dough. Take some wheat flour in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and about two tablespoons of coconut oil. Mix well. Now, gradually add hot water while mixing until a smooth dough is formed. Knead it well until it becomes soft and pliable. Cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes.

Now, let's prepare the sugar syrup. Place a pan on the stove and add sugar along with ¾ cup of water. Stir well to dissolve the sugar completely. Once the water starts to boil, add a little lime juice and continue stirring. When the syrup thickens to the right consistency, remove it from the heat and set it aside.

Next, take the prepared dough and break it into small portions.

Next, take a board or tray and sprinkle some wheat flour over it. Then, take a portion of the dough and roll it out thinly using a rolling pin. Cut it into the desired shape as shown below.

Next, gently apply water to both edges of the cut dough pieces. Then, shape them as shown below, following the method I have prepared.

After that, place a pan on the stove, add coconut oil, and heat it until hot. Once the oil is ready, fry the prepared dough pieces until they turn golden brown.
