Wishing all my friends a very good day. How are you? In the previous days, there was a lot of sunshine, but this morning it rained a little. The trees and vines were refreshed by that. So, this morning, a delicious curry was prepared to be eaten with rice. It was prepared in about 30 minutes and is a very nutritious food. This curry is prepared using sweet potatoes and chickpeas, making it rich in protein and containing many nutritional components. It's a dish suitable for everyone, including vegetarians. Sweet potatoes are also appealing to children because of their sweet taste. Now, let's take a look at the ingredients needed to prepare this dish.

Materials Used.

200g of sweet potato.
2 Tomatoes.
1 Teaspoon of lime juice.

Boiled chickpeas 75g.
1 1/2 Cups of coconut milk.
2 Tables of coconut oil.
A small chopped onion.
A little bit of chopped garlic.

2 or 3 pieces of cinnamon.
A Pinch of salt.
1 Tablespoon of sugar.
1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
1 Teaspoon of chili powder
1 Teaspoon of curry powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of castor powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.

The cooking process as follows.

Now, let's prepare this delicious curry with these ingredients. First, wash the sweet potato well, remove the top skin, and cut it into small pieces. and cut the tomato, onion, and garlic into small pieces.
