Dear friends, I wish you all a very good day. How are you? I hope you are well. It rained for several hours this morning, so I didn't get to complete much of my work. I also went to the market to get some essentials for the house. In the meantime, I thought of preparing a curry with rice for lunch today. I will teach you how to prepare a mix fry of long beans and potatoes at home. Long beans are highly nutritious, and when combined with the nutrition of potatoes, it creates a well-nutritious recipe. Let's see how to prepare this.
Materials Used.
Long Beans 150g.
3 Tablespoon of water.
2 Tablespoon of pure coconut oil or vegetable oil.
2 potatoes, washed and cut into long pieces.
A little chopped onion.
Curry leaves.
2 chopped green chilli pods.
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Salt as needed.
2 Teaspoon of chili powder.
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder.
1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let's start preparing this delicious fry. For that, first break the Long Beans into small pieces and wash and clean them.
Next we take a pot and put it on the stove and add about 2 tablespoons of pure coconut oil to it. After the oil heats up, add mustard seeds to it, add onions and green chillies and fry for about a minute.
Next, we add curry leaves and potato pieces, mixing them thoroughly. After that, let the potato pieces boil. This should be done on a low flame.
Next, after boiling the potatoes, add salt and all the spices I have mentioned and mix well. Add about 3 table spoons of water to it and collect pieces of Long Beans.
Then stir fry it for about 5 minutes. After the potato pieces and long beans pieces are boiled well, remove them from the stove.
So, this is a very tasty fry and a curry that pairs well with rice. It's very easy to prepare and can easily be added to our dining table. I think you should try preparing this too.
