Have a good day, dear friends 🤗. How are you? Today is a relaxing day spent with the whole family. For lunch, we decided to prepare a mushroom curry served with rice. We received support from each other to make this delicious meal. Mushroom curry is a protein-rich dish suitable for vegetarians, containing iron and vitamins. Incorporating mushrooms into our diet provides us with various essential nutrients while keeping fat and calorie intake low. It's important for vegetarians to include protein-rich foods in at least one of their three daily meals, making mushroom curry a valuable addition to their diet. Let's now take a look at the ingredients needed to prepare this dish.
Materials Used.
Mushrooms 150g.
2 Tablespoon of coconut oil.
3 Teaspoons of roasted curry powder.
1 Teaspoon of pepper powder.
1 Teaspoons of chili powder.
1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Salt to taste.
1/2 Teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds.
1 chopped tomato.
A chopped onion.
2 green chilli pods, chopped.
A little curry leaves and a piece of rame.
A little crushed garlic.
1/2 cup of water.
3 or 4 pieces of cinnamon.
5 cloves.
About 2 crushed cardamom pods.
1/2 Teaspoon of Cuminum seed.
The cooking process as follows.
Now let's move on to the preparation process. For that, first tear the mushrooms into strips and wash and clean them. Then squeeze the water well.
Next, let's take a pot and put it on the stove with about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and let it heat up. After the oil is hot, add cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon, garlic, cuminum seed and let it fry. About a minute.
After that we need to add some onion, rampe, curry leaves and salt to it and mix it well.
Next, green chillies, tomatoes and mushrooms are added to it. Then add about 1/2 cup of water and mix well.
After that, add fried curry powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, and pepper powder, mix well and cook for about 5 minutes. After that it is removed from the stove.
So these are great to eat with hot rice, meaning you can enjoy them on their own without any additional curry. If you prefer, you can also enhance the flavor by adding coconut milk.
