Oh my, the process of making it is like similar to "Nilupak" here in there Philippines. The Cassava is mashed or pounded just like this. The best toppings for me for this is Margarine or Cheese. I already tried the one with cassava and the other one which is a mashed plantain. They are the best! It's been a long time though since I last had it. And seeing this made ne crave for it 😫🤤🤤🤤🤩. Your presentation of this food is super really good.
