Dessert is usually served at the end of a heavy meal, dessert is very identical to sweet foods, such as cakes, jelly, and fruits, depending on each country. But in my place, the desserts that I find a lot are various puddings, cakes, and sweet fruits.




well this time I will make a coconut jel Pudding is generally served as a dessert, which we often find at any event, even at tahlilan places in my area, while at my house, I always make a stock of pudding snacks to be stored in the refrigerator as a snack for my child at home, because my child really likes pudding, usually when we go to the biggest supermarket in my city, he always asks to be bought pudding, but I am happy that he prefers snacks like pudding rather than other snacks that are not so healthy for children.

I made this grated coconut jelly version of kw coconut, not real coconut that I use here but packaged coconut jelly, if you have real coconut it's even better the taste is even better with the real coconut flavor, but using packaged coconut jelly is also no less delicious, the taste is also very similar to real coconut only it's in jelly form. Incidentally there is no real coconut at my house today so I just use packaged coconut. Ingredients that I have at home, and I also really don't like having to leave the house again to buy real young coconut, even though the distance from my house to where people sell coconuts isn't far, I still don't like it, haha

Ingredients used

1 pack of orange jelly
1 pack of young coconut jelly
800 ml of boiled water
1 tbsp ofchiaseed


Manufacturing procedure



First


Put the young coconut jelly powder into a pan and add 400 ml of water or the equivalent of 2 medium glasses, then add half a glass of sugar.or you can see it outside the packaging, then cook the coconut jelly until it boils, don't forget to stir it

Second


After the young coconut jelly boils, turn off the heat, put it in a container, then set aside, wait until the jelly is completely solid.

Third


Then cook 1 pack of orange flavored jelly, for the sugar and water measurements are the same as above, namely 400 ml of boiled water, 1/2 cup of white sugar, cook until boiling.

fourth


Soak the chiaseeds first in hot water, until the chia seeds swell. After expanding, strain the chia seeds and set aside.

Fifth


Scrape the solid coconut jelly and put it into small cups like this, then put the liquid orange jelly into the small cup and finally put in the chia seeds.

Wait until the orange jelly is solid before serving.


RESULTS

The taste of the pudding is chewy, the orange taste combined with young coconut jelly is really delicious, especially when eaten cold after being put in the refrigerator, it is very fresh and really sweet, you guys can try making pudding like this. I highly recommend you to make this pudding for your kids at home.

Oh yes, I use chiaseed seeds for this pudding, but if you don't have chiaseed you can use basil seeds, it's the same, only because I have a lot of chiaseed seeds at home so I just use chiaseed, I think chiaseed is tastier and doesn't taste too sour. That's why I prefer to use chiaseed seeds. Apart from pudding, I also often use chiaseed in my favorite drinks.
