Sweet papaya combined with sesame and glutinous rice flour, makes a delicious snack, savory and sweet on the tongue, this is the first time I make a delicious snack from papaya fruit, usually if there is ripe papaya at home I always make timpan cake, timpan cake typical of Acehnese people like the one I have shared before, but this time I want to make something different from usual, well rather than being curious today I will share the recipe with everyone, hopefully you are also interested in the recipe that I provide.
500 grams of glutinous rice flour/adjust to the dough
100 grams of white sesame
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
