Good morning approaching noon friends of the vegan community, this afternoon I thought of making a simple but delicious snack when enjoyed, what is it? Snacks made from sweet potatoes, of course very delicious, coincidentally it's sweet potato season in my place so I made a snack like this.
However, the snack I made this time only requires three ingredients, without waiting long, let's make it.
We call this sweet potato snack chicken claw, for some reason it is called chicken claw, even though it is made from sweet potato not chicken, heheh there are indeed some, the name of this cake is indeed very unique, right? Okay, I made this chicken claw cake using only one sweet potato, my friends, actually yesterday I made a lot, I just didn't share it in this community, but this time I will add the recipe.
Here are the ingredients I use, and also the procedure for making it which is very easy, I think anyone can make it even if they are not experts in cooking using only three ingredients
Chicken Claw Snack
Usually this snack is big and round, but because I don't have a big mold, I just mold it using a small talam cake mold, so the shape of my chicken claw cake is a bit small as seen in the photo.
Materials used
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tbsp palm sugar
Manufacturing procedure
Peel the sweet potato skin, then grate it using a regular grater, then wash it until it is really clean.

After washing it until clean, add a little salt then fry it in hot oil.

Fry until half cooked, then add granulated sugar and palm sugar, stir again,

Fry until completely dry, until crispy, then remove and drain then print using any mold you have at home to make it look pretty.

RESULTS
My simplest homemade chicken feet are ready, they taste sweet, crunchy and savory, the sweet potatoes are very crunchy guys, I didn't expect it, I thought the sweet potatoes wouldn't be this crispy, and it turns out that even though it's mixed with sugar like this, it will be even crispier, as long as we pay attention to the frying time, it must be really dry, don't let it be dry before we lift it, so to get the crispy texture, that's how.

If you look at the shape of the cake, it is not that attractive, because the beauty of the cake also depends on how we mold it, and coincidentally at home there was no round mold, so I just used the mold I had, the result is like this hehe. But yes, as I always say, never look at the outer texture, the important thing is that it tastes very good and I am very satisfied with my cooking today.
