Easy way to make pineapple jam

A dish to complement a meal, such as jam, which I think is much more delicious if we can afford it and can make it ourselves at home, well like today I will try to make pineapple jam and later it will be very useful to be used as a complement to any dish that I think is delicious if sprinkled with this pineapple jam.




Hey vegan friends, how are you, it's great to be able to share another vegan recipe here and today I'm going to share a recipe for a delicious and sweet jam, and it can be used as a jam for any cake or for any bread.I purposely made this jam recipe myself so that I can get a lot of it, and let the sweetness be adjusted by myself, according to our taste, because sometimes the jam sold in the market is very sweet and the pineapple taste is not that good.

And today I purposely made pineapple jam first, because tomorrow I plan to make a cake and fill it with this pineapple jam, the way to make pineapple jam is very easy, just use pineapple and granulated sugar. As for the granulated sugar, it's just as much as you like, if you want it to be sweeter, just add a lot. While I don't really like it too sweet so I just add enough sugar.

1 large pineapple 150 grams granulated sugar


Manufacturing procedure



First


Clean the skin of the pineapple, take the flesh, then cut it into small pieces and then puree it using a blender

Second


Once pureed, cook until the water is reduced. Then add a little food coloring so that the color is not pale, I add orange coloring, then continue to cook until dry or adjust according to each individual's taste.

Third


Then just add granulated sugar, cook again until the rest becomes dry, until the water shrinks

My homemade pineapple jam is ready, it's very simple, right? You don't need to use other artificial sweeteners, just use granulated sugar, and the result is very satisfying, the sweetness is just right and the color also looks very fresh, right?

I never try pineapple jam also if I love pineapple so much here in Italy it's quite expensive so people usually don't make Jan from it, looks so good 👍 u

just make it yourself at home, the way to make it is very easy with only natural ingredients🙂
