Puffed banana is a banana coated with wheat flour and mixed with rice flour with the addition of instant yeast, why is it called puffed banana because when we fry the banana, the banana will puff up, this puffed banana used to be viral in my area, but when it went viral I had never tried making it myself at home, I always bought it at a shop near my house, but this time I want to try making it myself at home, is it successful?
It started from the story of my friend who made his puffed banana but failed to rise, I don't know what the mistake was, I didn't really understand, because I'm not good at cooking either, therefore my friend asked me to make puffed banana for him, he bought all the ingredients, I was in charge of cooking it, okay I'll try it,
I'm also curious, will my puffed banana succeed or fail like my friend, okay I will also share the recipe with all of you, if it succeeds please try it, but if it fails don't be disappointed either hehehe..
Materials used
10 tbsp wheat flour
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp liquid margarine
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp instant yeast (Fermipan brand)
1/2 tbsp salt
Cooking procedure
Mix all the ingredients in one container, such as wheat flour, rice flour, granulated sugar, liquid margarine, salt, and instant yeast, here I use instant yeast brand Fermipan, you can use any brand, and finally add water then stir until evenly mixed, until it becomes a banana fritter dough as usual.

After the dough has formed, cover the dough, then let it sit for 15 minutes. While waiting for the dough, we cut the bananas into round pieces as shown in the picture below.

Fry the bananas until golden brown, and the bananas are ready to be served. To serve, I added a little chocolate jam on top.

RESULTS
Finally the puffed banana is ready, I added a little chocolate jam on top to make it taste even better, and if you have other toppings, you can add them too, coincidentally I didn't have any toppings prepared, I only had chocolate jam.

I finally managed to make my homemade puffed banana with the right and delicious taste, the banana taste is very crispy on the outside because I deliberately fried it a little until it was a little brown so that it would be a little crispy, not soft.
