Hello vegan friends, welcome to meet me again, who never gets tired of making delicious food posts and recipes of course, and this time I will make another fried recipe friends, fried food that is very popular in our Indonesian society, fried food made from cassava, which I soak first with the spices of my choice,
Yes, on this occasion I want to make fried cassava crackers, I've seen this recipe on social media, but it's been a long time since I saw it, so when I have leftover cassava at home I really want to make it at home, it's so delicious and crunchy.
Fried cassava, maybe some of us have never fried it, usually cassava is made with various types of delicious cakes, yesterday I have already made cakes from cassava, but this time I will just fry them,

After 5 minutes of frying half-cooked cassava, there is no need to over-cook it, because later we will fry it again until the cassava is fully cooked

Then continue to prepare the spices for the second immersion, add salt to the immersion water, coriander powder and garlic powder, then add ice cubes, remember that there must be ice cubes, then soak the half-ripe cassava into it, soak for 20 minutes so that the spices enter and the texture is soft

RESULTS
It's ready, but it's a pity, the cassava didn't bloom, alas, I don't know why, it didn't bloom hehhe.. my fried cassava attempt to bloom this time failed to bloom.
But when I try it, it's delicious, savory, and crunchy, but it's a pity that it doesn't bloom, as I saw on social media yesterday.

And it turns out you know why the cassava doesn't bloom, I forgot to soak it with betel lime water, I suggest that if you want it to bloom, you can soak it with betel lime water, so it will be more savory, friends

So without soaking in betel-lime water, this cassava doesn't expand that much, but when it comes to the taste, it's very tasty, the salty and spicy taste really makes it a simple and easy snack to make, I'm happy with fried cassava like this, fried like this makes the cassava softer.Thank you for the friends who have read my post,
I never knew it was possible to make cake from casava or even fried it. This is interesting
