This is also the first time I made green bananas mixed with grated coconut, I used to make green bananas with coconut milk sauce. But this time it's a bit different ha, but I hope this will also be a tasty and healthy snack, and hopefully my family will also like this snack I made, hehe..
Because for me, if my family likes the snacks I make, that means my cooking is good, right?
It seems that this is also an old-time snack made by my mother, only in the past the bananas were not dyed green by being mixed with rice flour, just boiled bananas and mixed with grated coconut, which we usually call tekerabe bananas, but for some reason, even though it was that simple, the people's cooking was very tasty.
Green banana coated with grated coconut
Materials used
300 grams of rice flour
200 grams of grated coconut
1 tbsp pandan seasoning
1/2 tbsp vanilla powder
1/2 tsp salt
Manufacturing procedure
Prepare the bananas by peeling all the banana skins, then prepare the banana batter, take a little water and add it to the flour, stir until the flour is evenly mixed, then add the pandan seasoning, vanilla and salt,roll the banana into the green flour mixture

then boil the water in a pot to boil the green bananas, while the water is boiled to steam the grated coconut first so that it doesn't get stale.

After the water boils, boil the green bananas for 15 minutes, then remove and roll in grated coconut that has been steamed earlier

RESULTS
My green banana cake is ready, it tastes good and chewy, it's sweet but there's something not quite like it, when I boiled the banana for too long, so the green flour mixture didn't stick perfectly, that's how it looks, it's not so pretty, right, the banana is also a little mushy because it's been boiled for too long hehe..

So just as a lesson, just boil it for 15 minutes, I forgot to turn it off for 30 minutes, I just turned it off and it turned out like this, but if it tastes very sweet, it's also tasty when sprinkled with grated coconut
