This durian fruit was brought home by my husband, it happened that the husband had work outside the city, more precisely the city of Takengon, so he brought home souvenirs in the form of durians. Wow, it's so good to make durian coconut milk gravy, which I haven't eaten in a long time, the last time I ate durian coconut milk gravy was about a year ago, so I just wanted to make it for lunch today.

1 old coconut, (to take the coconut milk)
200 grams of granulated sugar
1 tbsp salt

Wash the rice until it is clean, continue to cook the rice as usual, as you would normally cook rice,don't forget to add salt 1/2 tsp

Squeeze the coconut milk into the bowl of durian meat, then add sugar, salt and if you don't like it too thick, add a little water, make sure the water is warm. This durian sauce does not need to be cooked anymore, just like this, let it be fresh. and can be eaten directly with the sticky rice that was cooked earlier.

RESULTS
Sticky durian sauce is ready to serve. It tastes legit sweet and savory, the durian is really sweet, the meat is very much, it really stimulates the appetite when we eat it, and it definitely won't make us hungry, because I didn't use all of the 200 grams of sugar, when I tasted it, it turned out that only 100 grams of sugar makes the durian sweet, it's already sweet from the fruit

I love Durians! In the house of my parents there is a durian tree planted by my father. But I am only sad that I can't enjoy it when it's durian season because I am here in Hong Kong.
