Well, this time I will make something different than usual, which I have never made before, namely tempeh satay, satay does not have to be meat, even simple food can be made into delicious food. Even though it was delicious, I myself did not stop to eat it,

Starting from trial and error, this tempeh satay will become my favorite side dish. In addition to being delicious, tempeh is also very nutritious, containing the best protein that is not found in other fermented foods.
Well, the ingredients I use to make this tempeh satay are very easy to find around you, based on tempeh and other spices


Materials used

1 large tempeh board
2 cloves of garlic
3 cloves of red onion
5 red chilies
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce


Manufacturing procedure



First


Slice the tempeh into thick blocks or according to taste, further blend the spices and then stir-fry the spices until fragrant

Second


after the spices are cooked, add soy sauce and coriander powder, then add the tempeh and add a little water, cook again until the water is dry

Third


after the satay is cooked, prepare the skewers, then skewer the tempeh skewers, then grill the satay until cooked perfectly.

It's ready..
How come it's so easy, isn't it? But it's a pity I didn't make the peanut sauce because I was already sad, the satay taste is good, savory and the tempeh is very tasty especially when mixed with spices which are very delicious.

Basically, instead of having tempeh fried just like that, try it once the tempeh is baked and seasoned with spices like the recipe I gave, the tempeh will definitely taste better and more savory, especially if you are good at mixing the peanut seasoning, mixed with peanut seasoning really adds to the deliciousness of this tempeh. Ordinary food will become special food for sure.
