200 grams of long beans
7 cloves of shallots
2 cloves of garlic
5 red chilies
10 green chilies
2 tablespoons tauco
1 tomato
1 teaspoon salt


Manufacturing procedure



First


Chop the long beans according to taste, I cut them into long strips like this, okay?

If everything is ready, take a frying pan and heat a little cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, sauté the onions, chilies and tomatoes until they wilt, then add salt and tauco.

Fourth


Then add the long beans and cook until boiling and the vegetables are wilted, no need to add water, because the vegetables will release their own water, because I don't like long beans with tauco with gravy, but if you like gravy, you can add a little water, or adjust it to your own taste.

Tauco itself is a fermented product of soybeans with the addition of other spices such as palm sugar, soybeans, salt and others. I also don't really know the process of making tauco because I have never made tauco before. That's just some information I read on the internet yesterday.
