Carrots are a vegetable that is rich in vitamin A, this vitamin is very useful for maintaining eye health, helps maintain good vision, and prevents eye diseases such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, cataracts and other eye diseases. I myself really like eating carrots even raw. , I wanted to just cook cauliflower, but when I saw carrots I was interested in mixing carrots with cauliflower, because I think the combination of cauliflower and carrots is very delicious.

500 grams of cauliflower
2 carrots
2 potatoes
1 tomato
2 stalks of celery
15 green chilies
3 cloves of shallots
2 cloves of garlic
6 cayenne peppers
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt


Cooking procedure



First


Cut all the vegetables, carrots, cauliflower and potatoes according to your taste, I cut them a little smaller, because it will make them soft quickly when cooked.I also chopped the tomatoes, onions and chilies

Second


Saute the shallots and garlic in cooking oil, wait until they wilt before adding the chilies.cook for a while then add the vegetables,

Third


Next, cook the vegetables until soft, season with pepper powder, salt and mushroom stock, after the vegetables are half cooked, add the tomatoes and celery leaves, cook for a while then turn off the stove and the stir-fried carrots and cauliflower are ready to be served.

This home-cooked menu is very simple but very delicious, I deliberately did not cook it for too long, because for me vegetables that are not too soft will be very delicious if eaten with warm rice, the sauce is a little spicy because the chili is also a little too much, but indeed when cooking stir-fried vegetables like this, it does have to be spicy, so it's even more delicious.

The very tasty sauce made me enjoy this stir-fried vegetable even more, I deliberately didn't add much sauce, because this is a stir-fry, not a soup, the vegetables are indeed similar to soup vegetables, but believe me this is not soup, I don't make soup seasoning here, I just chop the spices such as onions, chilies and tomatoes, it's that simple to enjoy delicious and tasty vegetables.
