Materials used
2 grams of melinjo leaves
700 grams of liquid coconut milk

1 thumb of turmeric
1 tsp salt
8 cloves of shallots
1 clove of garlic
8 pieces of cayenne pepper
5 pieces of sunti tamarind
Manufacturing procedure
First
Remove the outer skin of the banana first and then Just cut the bananas and melinjo leaves according to your taste, I cut the bananas diagonally and into small pieces like this, while I cut the melinjo leaves a little bigger
Puree the spices until they are really smooth, then add them to the vegetables, after the vegetables have been washed clean.
then add salt, coconut milk by filtering it first. so that the dregs don't get in. then cook until the vegetables are cooked. don't forget to keep stirring so that the coconut milk doesn't break.
RESULTS
My unripe banana coconut milk sauce is ready, I'll try it first, it tastes very sweet and savory because there are bananas maybe, so there's no need to add any more food flavoring, because there's already a natural sweetener, especially with melinjo leaves, the taste of melinjo leaves is indeed sweet, the combination of melinjo leaves and bananas is really delicious apparently, but unfortunately it's my first time cooking this, if I had known this recipe earlier I would have cooked this often.
Mmmmm the taste can't stop slurping the sauce, you can see from the picture above the sauce is thick, delicious, savory and sweet, a little spicy too, because earlier I also added quite a lot of cayenne pepper. So if you don't like spicy food, don't add too many cayenne peppers, guys.
