Welcome to my blog. I hope you are all well. I am back to the Plant Power Vegan community with one of my wonderful recipe. As you see in the title this is a pure vegan recipe made with onion and ladyfingers. You remember last time I made a delicious recipe of beans and potatoes which you guys liked a lot and I was encouraged to read so many good comments. I hope you will like my today recipe
Ingredients
- Ladyfingers = Half Kg
- Onions = Half Kg
- Tomato = 30 gm
- Green Chillies = 30 gm
- Mustard Oil = 50 gm
Procedure
First we will take half a kilo of ladyfingers and wash them well and dry them. Then ladyfingers will be cut. Then in a pot we will add 50 grams of oil and keep it to heat on low flame. When the oil gets hot then we will add chopped ladyfingers and fry it

We will fry the ladyfingers till they become crispy. When they are fried, they will be come out from the oil
Frying ladyfingers makes a huge difference in its taste. After frying the ladyfingers, we will take half a kilo of onion. The quantity of onion should be taken as much as the quantity of ladyfingers. Then we will peel and chop this onion

Now we will add half of the chopped onions to the oil in which we fried the ladyfingers. Now we will fry this half onion in the same oil and we will add the remaining half onion along with fry ladyfingers
Spices
- Ground Red Chillies = (1 Tablespoon)
- Salt = (1 Tablespoon)
- Turmeric = (Half Tablespoon)
- Dry Coriander = (1 Tablespoon)
Now add one tablespoon of ground red chillies, one tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of turmeric to it and cook it for two minutes

Now we will take tomatoes and green chillies as per the quantity mentioned in the ingredients. We will wash them well and cut them and then we will add them too

After adding tomatoes and green chillies we will cook it for five minutes. Then add the remaining chopped onion and fried ladyfingers and cook it for about 20 minutes on low flame
After 20 minutes, when the onion is cooked well, then take of it from the fire. Add one tablespoon of dry coriander and now our recipe is ready
