In last month I went to the playground to play cricket with my friends. That morning I missed my breakfast. So I felt so hungry. there was no shop near me to buy some food. So I searched everywhere something to eat. Finally l saw this. It is a coconut apple.
Then I eat it and I was full after eating it. It was very tasty. Then I searched for more details about it. It is a very nutrious and enrgizing food. As far as I have come to know it is a powerful herb in the indigenous Ayurvedic system of medicine. In particular , these have anti - cancer properties and have the ability to alleviate heart diseases.They also contain many vitamins necessary for bone growth. These have more properties than dragon fruit and help retain moisture in the skin.
Also you can make a delicious curry by adding oill and tempering them. I have eaten them. Very testy. It feels like eating a snowball. Try it yourself. Be close to nature and be happy.
