Today is a beautiful day and very cold, because last night there was a beautiful shower, the effects of which are still noticeable, the nature is very fresh and cold. Although there is sun in the sky, today's sun is not as hot as yesterday. As a holiday, this kind of atmosphere is really desired by everyone.
Hoping to have a great time today, as today is a weekend, the environment is nice and good, so while enjoying the day, I can also spend a great time in my vegetable garden. Which I always try to do, try to spend a little more time in my vegetable garden during the holidays.
But today I will share with you a different recipe of taste, I said different because the recipes of our country we cook in this style, and it is only compatible with the recipes of South Asia but not so similar to other regions. We try to add potatoes and tomatoes in almost all the recipes, it is also a tradition of ours.
Today I tried to cook a nice bhaji by adding Yardlong beans which I collected from my own garden, potatoes and tomatoes. This bhaji does not take much time to make and the flavor level is great.
Recipe Ingredients-
- Yardlong bean 50 grams
- Potatoes 100 grams
- Tomatoes 50 grams
- 3 onions
- 5 green chillies
- Coriander leaves 10 grams
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 3 teaspoons
Preparation method-
First, I put a pan on the stove and heat it with oil, then lightly cook it with onions, green chillies and tomatoes.
Then I mixed them with turmeric powder, salt and lightly ground them.
After that I sliced yardlong bean and potato, mixed and cooked for some time then chopped coriander leaves and took it down for serving.
Poured it on a plate for ambience, see how the cooking looks now. Neither too dry nor too wet, as we prefer to eat them with hot rice. But it can be eaten with bread or something else.
In fact, here we eat a little less broth, especially in the case of vegans, but we prefer to cook pulse with broth. If the recipe is a little dry, it can be eaten with anything. This is why our recipes are like this.
