I love young luffa gourds but if they are a bit aged, then I'll trim the seed away because it's a bit sad to throw away the edible food and it is still super good. 😀 Your recipe is really interesting, normally I just do a simple stir-fry with scrambled egg and seasoned with oyster sauce. 😀
