You can make any meal so tempting. You rightly said that cassava in most underestimated . After looking at your dish I realised thi grows in our home too but never been cooked. We once fried it with little salt and pepper and it was kind of eating potato. Hopefully this season I get some more hand on it

We serve Cassava in boiled way too, also with grated coconut 😊
