Enjoying Garlic, Coconut Milk, Buttery Dip 🧄🥥🧈🍲

 # Hello vegan family and friends 🥰💕. 


How is our week going beautiful people of this community? Am happy to be here today and I hope to find everyone enjoying good health.

And our priority in all that we do should be to take care of ourselves first, enjoying good health, and that is why my most priority for this 2025 is to eat more of plant 🌱 based foods, especially of vegan 🌱 to stay healthy.

If we want to feel rich 🤑, we should endeavor to stay on our fit feeling healthy because health is worth millions, which is why I made this garlic 🧄 coconut 🥥 milk buttery dip to share with you, alongside enjoying it with some crunchy fried potatoes for brunch since I skipped my morning breakfast, tea ☕️.

This very recipe is among some of the treats my family and I enjoyed in one of the European Restaurants we visited during the Christmas 🎄 celebration 🎉 season. Although the garlic 🧄 , coconut milk, buttery dip was served with crunchy fried yam 🍠. And I made sure to ask one of the attendants what ingredients did the dip contain 🍲.

I decided to make this recipe today to share with my vegan family because its unique and taste so good with just few ingredients, especially with the coconut 🥥 milk I bought during the Christmas shopping 🛍. The coconut and garlic 🧄 flavor is everything for this buttery dip.

Lets enjoy the step by step of this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:


3 cloves of garlic
1/2 of 166 ml of coconut 🥥 milk.
1 tablespoon of margarine 🧈
1/8 of salt
1 /4 of red chili powder
1 medium sweet potatoes.

EXTRA INGREDIENTS:

30 ml of vegetable oil.

STEPS FOR PREPARATION;

Step 1.

I will start this recipe by first peeling and crushing the garlics

Step 2.

Will crack open the coconut milk here readily.

Step 3.

Here will set to make the dip by adding and heating up some margarine.

Then will add the garlic.

Step 4.



And once the garlic smokes a bit, I will add the coconut milk and allow to boil.

Added the salt and red chili 🌶 powder here above.

Step 5.

And here stir as it boils to incorporate all the ingredients and allow to thickens .


Then will dish it to cool down properly here above.

Step 6.

The potatoes I will peel and cut into slash. As above.

Step 7.

Soak for 20 minutes to eliminate some starch , then salt a little.

As above.

Step 8.

Will heat up the oil here and fry into golden crunchy texture just the way I love ❤️ my fried potatoes 🥔.

A brunch with garlic 🧄, coconut milk, buttery dip is one I will love to try again. It was so enjoyable and filling with an aftermath of garlic and coconut taste bud. What a dip you will love ❤️ because its so aromatic and flavorful. And can also be preserved for days in the refrigerator for future use.
