Today friends I want to share and show you how to prepare a delicious Rice beets carrot cake , a healthy combination you can make out of rice if we donโt just want to boil and eat rice.
Beets we all know has a good health benefits . A root vegetable also known as red beets among other beets. This root vegetable packed with essential nutrients are a great source of fiber, folate, manganese, potassium and others, especially when we drink it raw in juices or through salads.
To prepare the rice cake I added beets and carrots, chopped and blended into the rice for a smooth texture and delicious finishing. Its a delight on its own especially for not being an everyday snacks, and lovely too for being that vegan snacks ๐ฑ.
Here I will take you guys along to prepare this healthy rice cake ๐ฎ.
INGREDIENTS:
100 g of rice (already boiled )
100 g of all purpose flour
1 ball of beets ( small size)
1 finger carrots
1/2 glass of spring water
50 g sugar
2 tablespoons of margarine
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 salt
1/4 cinnamon
Grated nutmeg
STEPS TO PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To prepare I will wash the beet and carrot, cut and chop dice them in small sizes to enable easy blending.
Step 2.
I will take the rice, beets and carrot, then adding water ๐ฆ into the blender.
Step 3.
Next is to blend the ingredients into a smooth texture in gradual processing.
As in here blended.
Step 4.
In another stage, I will pour the blended mixture into a bowl,

Step 5.
And will combine other ingredients together into the sieve. The flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon
Step 6.
Grated some nutmeg ๐ฐalso into the combination.
Step 7.
Finally will sieve them all into the blended rice, beet and carrot mixture.
Step 8.
Stir to incorporate all into a fine mixture adding the margarine on the process.
Step 9.
I will glaze the molds, take the mixture into it, then place the molds into the baking pan .
Step 10.
Bake at 200 Celsius for 45 - 50 minutes. And check once time elapsed.
And its all ready with tender soft moist that makes it look delicious and appetizing. I will serve it in cups as its still cooling down, and will remove them once cold for that yummy taste. I hope you love ๐ this recipe friends. Try making rice cake adding beets and carrots.
