We all just needs to be happy because we are hopeful of a better tomorrow with good health and that is why today friends I bring you some healthy nourishment you will love β€οΈ.
Today I will share with you how I prepared a Keto diet that is wholesome and appetizing. The combination of avocado π₯, bananaπ, potatoes π₯ , onions π§ and finally garnished with some mint leaves π for aroma . This is a unique perfect combination for vegan π± delight.
This in simple is a part of ketogenic diet. A high-fat adequate protein, low carbohydrates dietary recipe we can all prepare at home to nourish ourselves for good health. Its a treat I made for lunch π₯ as a side dish. Simple and straightforward.
Here I will teach you how to prepare this wholesome treat with step by step.
INGREDIENTS:
5 finger banana π
1 large avocado π₯
1/2 of a large onions
1 medium size potatoes
1 bell pepper π«
Clove of garlic π§
1 tablespoon of margarine
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Some fresh mint leaves π
Salt to taste
Steps For Preparation:
Step 1.
First I will cut and peel the potatoes. Then chop the potatoes in small squares equally.
Step 2.
I will wash and soak π the potatoes for 15 - 20 minutes for starch removal.
Step 3.
After 20 minutes, I will drain the potatoes and keep readily.
Step 4.
I will wash and slice the onions π§ garlic π§, bell pepper π« and mint leaves π
Step 5,
And here I have the the ingredients all ready.
Step 6.
Next I will add some salt into the potatoes for taste
Step 7.
And to fry I will heat up the pan, add the margarine to dissolve and add the potatoes to start frying .
Step 8.
Will fry stir it to dry and crispy into light brown.
Step 9.
And will also light fry the spices to tender a bit m, added salt and black pepper to it, stir to incorporate.
Step 10.
Finally will add the fried potatoes into the spice, stir all together for that seasoning aroma taste and flavor.
Step 11.
To incorporate the keto diet healthy and nourishment, I will introduce the avocado π₯ and banana, Cut and slice them readily.
Step 12.
We bring and add the potatoes delicacy into a baking pan, add the avocado π₯ and banana as toppings for nourishment.
Step 13.
And will garnish this beauty with some mint leaves π, adding salt and black pepper for taste.
Step 14.
Will take it into the oven for just 5 minutes heating the keto diet up to obtain a good worm and appetizing finishing.
What a healthy finishing we have here friends. We must not spend so much in eating something so healthy and nourishing. This very recipe is so inexpensive, simple and straightforward.
