Wonderful beautiful day lovely Hivers and friends . Am happy to be with you all again today, bringing to share with you some delicious cookies πͺ I made for coffee βοΈ, tea π΅ and relaxation time. This very recipe is a special one because of the the kind of ingredients combination I have used for its baking.
Making this cookies πͺ I decided not to use just all purpose flour as base ingredients but to use majorly more healthy combination of oats flakes, semolina flour and some dried coconut pulps. This is indeed a very delicious healthy cookies you will want to try. And once we assemble the ingredients needed, its so simple and straightforward to prepare.
Here I teach you with step by step how you can prepare this cookies πͺ deliciously.
INGREDIENTS:
200 g of oats flakes
150 g of semolina flour
100 g of some coconut mix pulps flour
2 teaspoon of all purpose flour
1/2 glass of frizzed soy milk
4 teaspoons of brown sugar
1/2 cup of granulated sugar
1 medium size lemon π
2 tablespoons of raisins fruit
2 tablespoons of margarine π§
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 tablespoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of salt

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
I will first measure out the ingredients properly to enable easy preparation.
Step 2.
Then will proceed to first add all the flours, the oats flakes, semolina flour, coconut pulps and the little all purpose flour.
Step 3.
I will mix all the flours thoroughly to integrate well enough.
Step 4.
Next is to add the baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon . Then stir them into the flours.
Step 5.
I will grate in some lemon zest π, cut and press squeeze in the water too.
Step 6.
Here I added the brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla extract . Stir properly before adding the raisins and the margarine which I will use the tips of my fingers to incorporate.
Step 7.
To combine all into a dough, I will add the soy milk and will gradually knead the flours into a dough.
Step 8
Once I knead into a dough, I will cut the dough into two equal parts, then in small sizes for rolling , cutting and shaping into flower πΊ shape cookies πͺ.
Step 9.
I will glaze the baking pan and place each shape until every dough is into shape. Also placed raisins at the centers to give it that raisins beauty.
Step 10.
I will take it into the preheated oven to bake at 180 Celsius for 20 minutes .
Looking light brown at approximately 20 minutes in this photo.
For love π of more chocolate brown color, I left it for extra 5 (five) minutes for this result.
And I tell you guys, this cookies πͺ are so crunchy, delicious and delightful. This helps us a lot for morning coffee βοΈ, tea π΅ time or for those little hunger time while staying up into mid night after early dinner π₯. Enjoy friends.
