Today I will share with you some unique vegan recipe I made from pineapple π. A warm salad π₯ of pineapple which I garnished with some basil πΏ leaves π, adding a bit of Soy sauce to give it some beautiful finishing.
We all know how delicious pineapple taste and making a salad from it is so delightful because with the leaves π and soy, it turned out so great and enjoyable. This salad π₯ we can make as side dish or enjoy it alone as appetizer before we are ready for lunch or early dinner π₯. Its a recipe you will like to tty to enjoy your pineapple π the next time you go grocery shopping π. Its simple, quick and straightforward to prepare with just few ingredients.
Here are the simple steps to prepare this vegan π± delight.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 of a large pineapple
Mint leaves π
1/2 teaspoon of black peppe
r Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
I will start this salad π₯ preparation by first cutting , peeling and dicing the pineapple in mini chunks.
Step 2.
I will wash thoroughly the mint leaves adding salt π§ to sterilize it before slicing.
Step 3.
Here the ingredients are ready for mixing, and I decided to add bit of soy sauce.
Step 4.
To mix we need a bowl , adding the pineapple π into it. Add the sliced mint leave π
Step 5.
Then will add the black pepper and pinch of salt π§,
adding also the soy sauce to it.
Step 6.
And will mix all together with the help of a spoon, incorporating evenly.
Step 7.
Then will dish it into this round microwaveable plate for heating up .
Step 8.
A will take it into the microwave to heat it up for just 30 seconds to make it a warm salad π₯ and enable the mint leave π to soften .
Step 9.
Once time elapsed, I will bring it out and serve. Looks warm and appetizing.
A warm pineapple π salad π₯ you will love on are cold day since the black pepper made it a bit spicy πΆ. The mint leave π and soy sauce brought it into delightful finishing. Try this recipe and see for yourself.
