Hello everyone, hope everyone is well. Today I am sharing a delicious recipe with papaya.I am going to tell you how to cook it easily in Bengali style.Let's see -
Ingredients :
Papaya - half kg
Potato - 1 pcs
Green chillies &
Cumin paste - As needed
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed
Methods of making :
First I took half kg papaya. After washing it I cut it into small pieces.
Discard the seeds while cutting the papaya. It can spoil the taste. And remove the thin coating of papaya.
Then I took a piece of potato. You can take 2 pieces of potato if you want. The smaller the potatoes are, the better they will boil and fry. Discard the thin covering while cutting the potatoes.
After cutting the vegetables, I poured them into a bowl. Then add oil to the pan. Heat the oil on medium heat.
Add the vegetables to the hot oil. Then add salt and turmeric as needed. I used 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon tumeric. Tumeric will make the color of the curry attractive.
Mix all the ingredients together well. The better the ingredients are mixed, the better the taste. Then fry it for 5 minutes.
After frying for 5 minutes, cover the pan for another 5 minutes. Now everything will boil. After 5 minutes remove the lid.
Add chili and cumin as needed. Then make the paste. I took about 15 chilies and 1 teaspoon cumin.
Add the paste to the pan. And mix well with vegetables. It will add extra flavor to the vegetables.
Then add water as needed. No need to add extra water.
Keep it in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
Then take it down.Now it is ready to serve. This is how you can make this very easily.It is a healthy dish and also delicious to eat.
