Ingredients :
Potato - 2 pcs
Pointed gourd - 4 pcs
Cumin - As needed
Green chillies - 8-10 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Tumeric - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed
Methods of making :
First I took two pieces of potato and four pieces of pointed gourd and then cut them.
I cut each potato into 8 pieces, you can also cut them like this.
After cutting the vegetables, wash them well in water.
Now these vegetables are ready for cooking.
Now add oil to the pan and heat the oil on medium heat.
After heating the oil, I add cumin seeds and roast them for 30 seconds and keep them in another bowl.
After roasting the cumin seeds, I now add the vegetables to the pan and add salt and turmeric as per the instruction.
Now mix all the ingredients together well, the better they are mixed the more the flavor will increase.
Now take 8 to 10 pieces of green chillies and then cut them in half.After cutting the chillies like this, add them to the pan.
Now add water as needed.
Then cover the pan for five minutes.Covering the pan will cook the vegetables faster.
Wait until the water boils.After the water boils, remove the lid and add the cumin seeds.Keep the curry in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
